Even after loading just BD and my addon it works just fine. That part is something I haven't touched in a while and it worked. The mp40 running sprite is replaced by the dual wielding sprite for unknown reasons. The SMG doesn't have an inspect animation, so that flickering's a bug. And if you try to inspect the smg it just flickers and does nothing. Maybe we can see a new sprite for the SSG in the future? The shotgun goes into ads instantly without in between sprites.
